About the project

Site development for an elementary school addition in Surrey: excavation, utility trenching and grading, delivered in one fall season.

We prepared the site for the new addition, with bulk and detailed excavation for the foundations and trenching for the new underground utilities.

The work ran from August to December 2025, alongside the building trades.
