About the project

Separating the combined sewer on Western Crescent and Kingston Road into new sanitary and storm systems for the University Endowment Lands.

The existing combined sewer carried sanitary flow and stormwater in one pipe. We replaced it with two new systems laid side by side: a sanitary main and a storm main, each with its own manholes, service connections and catch basins.

The work ran through a quiet residential street with homes on both sides. Every property stayed connected through the job. New services were installed ahead of time and transferred over once the new mains were tested.

We hold the prime contract and deliver the excavation, pipe, manholes, water services and concrete, with paving placed by our asphalt subcontractor.
