Queen Elizabeth Elementary Addition

About the project

Civil works for a new addition at Queen Elizabeth Elementary, including the realignment of a city sanitary forcemain and new road and frontage works.

The new building sat over the path of an existing city sanitary forcemain. We rerouted and realigned the forcemain so the addition could proceed, keeping the city system in service.

Sanitary sewer work in the school grounds was scheduled over spring break, so the school could stay open for students and staff.

Off the school site we built new road works for the city: streetlighting, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways and paving.
